30 September 2016 I would like to commend Dr. William Wallace for the robotically assisted surgery he performed on me at Saddleback Memorial Hospital in Laguna Hills, CA, ten days ago. It was for problems I was having with Gerd and a Hiatal Hernia (Nissen Fundoplication). Pain was minimal and the recovery is progressing beautifully. Dr. Wallace and his staff are fantastic. He is very open with his patients as to what your options are. Nurses and Doctor assistants are super and the staff behind the desks are super nice along with everyone in the office. Shout out to Letty and Christina.
I'm currently 6 weeks post op from hernia surgery, and overall my experience was very positive. Dr. Wallace was amazing! He was very thorough, attentive and patiently listened and addressed each of my concerns. The surgery went great, and both nurses and doctors called and followed up with questions I had regarding my post op. Going under the knife is no small feat and being in the hands of someone you trust and respect is crucial. I can't thank Dr. Wallace enough!
I would definitely recommend Dr. Wallace based on the experience I have had not only with the surgery itself but also the time taken before my procedures and care given during my recovery. My procedures involved multiple doctors and Dr. Wallace was there every step of the way. He ensured I understood everything that was happening and most importantly, ensured I had the proper care after the procedures in addition to his own follow up. He is a truly caring doctor and I highly recommend him.
