I met him last October 2023 and from day first I found him very different with the other surgeons I'd met before. At first he explained the reason behind my cyst and why I'd to undergo a surgery. I found him very knowledgeable, humble and honest. Who is this guy? Basically one of THE BEST doctors I've seen. None of us really want to see a doctor obviously, but the attentiveness, care and sense of urgency is always on display. It's actually a little jarring to have a doctor who cares so much! What would our world be like if all doctors were like him? That's the world I'd like to see. Bless you Cam.
Dr Wallace was wonderful I wish I can say the same about his office staff. The girl in the front has no personality or compassion. She must hate her job. I have called 4 times and never get a live person. They call back in two days and my last message went without a call back. The worst I have ever encountered in a doctor's office. Glad they were never an emergency.
Let's just put it this way ... performed hernia surgery on me some 8 years ago and I've not had a single problem ever since! That is the result one looks for from a surgeon, correct?!? Obviously I remain EXTREMELY satisfied with his expertise!! Highly, HIGHLY Recommended!! Bill B.
Dr. Wallace's office staff was very friendly, professional, and communicative. Dr. Wallace is very personable, incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and a gifted surgeon. When speaking with him, he clearly and concisely explained the medical diagnosis and treatment options. He gives his full attention to his patients. He listened to my concerns. Truly is an amazing surgeon and thanks to him and Dr. Barry Donner my life is changed for ever, for the better. I’ve been struggling with an auto immune disease for almost 18 years. I had severe hemorrhoids and I had experienced rectal pain, bleeding, and prolapse. Doctor Wallace performed surgery procedure to remove my internal hemorrhoids last month. Now all my problems were gone. I am so happy. Doctor Wallace is wonderful and caring. I am deeply thankful for his excellent treatment.
Admitted to the ER at Saddleback on a Saturday with acute generalized abdominal pain. Luckily for me, the surgeon "on call" was Dr. William Wallace. He projected a calm, confident persona and I immediately knew I was in good hands. (As was my husband 10 years ago when he underwent a hernia repair by Dr. Wallace). Dr. Wallace performed an emergency appendectomy. I followed my Discharge Instructions and my post op course was uneventful. Leaving for Maui and am anxious to enjoy my vacation with my surgery behind me.
