Dr. Wallace is an outstanding surgeon who provided me excellent healthcare. I feel very fortunate that I was referred to him. He provided me easy to understand background on my condition, treatment options and welcomed me to be a part of the treatment decision. Ultimately my condition required surgery. He performed the surgery far more difficult than expected. Due to his skill I was able to make a full recovery in a time frame that was far better than expected. I highly recommend Dr. Wallace.
i went in for a laparoscopic appendectomy by Dr. Wallace at mission hospital recently. Dr. Wallace went over the process at the pre-op a week prior. when the big day came Dr. Wallace showed up soon after i checked in and be fore i knew it i was awake five hours later. i checked out and i am feeling better. quick and precise. no problems after, its been about a month now.
Dr. Wallace performed a stapled hemorrhoidectomy for me two months ago with excellent results. Dr. Wallace was exceptionally thorough in explaining my options, the details of the surgery, the potential complications and what to expect in recovery. He and his support staff (office and technical) were always friendly, available, and focussed on making the experience as pleasant as possible.
Dr. Wallace is a terrific surgeon who I had the good fortune to meet when admitted to the hospital. He explained the surgery I needed and exactly how he would accomplish it. He took 100% care and made me better! My recovery was better and quicker than I expected. I would recommend Dr. Wallace to anyone!
Of three surgeries, one gallbladder removal, one double hernia repair, and one procedure to supposedly tighten the esophagus sphincter muscle to keep from having acid refux, he ruined my life on 2 of the 3. I was in ICU at USC a year later due to Dr. William Wallace having destroyed me. He wrapped the mesh around my intestines which I have the medical records on all. He cut half my stomach ruining me for life due to a benign 2 cm growth in my stomach that was nothing. Run. He ruined my life
Can't offer an opinion of the Dr., I was never able to get through the appointment phone line. No one answers it. Funny though, called my referring DR. and they got straight through. Only catch, it was on the provider line, not the patients line. Obviously if you are a DR., you can get straight through, a patients not so lucky. Called Monarch Healthcare for help, they got straight through, but again on the providers line. I ask them to try the Patients line and at 11:50 they were at lunch.
Dr. Wallace, I appreciated your upfront honesty from the moment of our first appointment and I even told my father, "I like this guy!" Thank you for keeping your word to me and getting back to me by phone (with my test results) without setting up a wasted appointment. Deeply appreciate this as my life is busy enough!
Dr. Wallace has performed 2 surgerys 4 me. Super perfect bed side manor which always is very comforting. An excellent surgeon. Thank you Dr. Wallace for ur excellent care. I have recommended Dr. so all my family and friends, he is the best.
Dr Wallace was a breathe of fresh air. A Doctor who was easy to connect with, knew his stuff, and I was perfectly comfortable after my first visit. The surgery went exactly as described and the timelines for recovery were right on. Thanks Dr. Wallace
