Six Years and Deteriorating When we first moved in the rent was reasonable and over time it’s almost doubled with more amenities being broken each year and hardly any rules followed by tenants. There’s always loud cars in the parking lot and people blasting the bass so loud it shakes your apartment. Also the floors and walls are thin. It could use some TLC I'm not really sure who wrote this page. There isn't a picnic area and there's a no grill rule. So grilling isn't an option. There's no carwash area. There is areas to play with your dog, however it isn't fenced. There is no fire walls, so if one catches fire it spreads very quickly. Get renters insurance and have an emergency plan! The maintenance team has been absolutely amazing to us. Our heat has been out since Friday and it’s been below 20°F and they were so diligent about making sure we had a heater until they could rebuild our heating unit. I love living here and how great maintenance is!

I think it's great that staff is doing a lot more to get the residents more involved with activities and gatherings. It would be nice if we can do monthly gatherings for new and old residents to mingle.

Since my last review in 2017 this place has only gotten worse. I still have black mold from the leak above the hall bathroom in apt C2, we had rats coming in our wall in the bathroom eating the wrappers off our soap bars, there are constant drug deals not only in the parking lot but in the complex, the pool is 9 times out of 10 green and you can't see the bottom, half the time the washers and dryers are broken.. we have debated calling a building inspector for the mold issues but we will wait until our upstairs neighbors mov... read more

Stay Away - 1 star is even too much This was my first apartment living alone from any friends or family. I started out in a 1BD, and it was really great. Our 1 year lease came up and we decided to lease a 2BD. Long story short, we should have just stayed in the 1BD and dealt with everything. What attracted us to this place was the great management; right before we signed out 1st lease, new management took over and everything went down hill. STAY AWAY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS This was my first apartment and for the first few months it was tolerable but as soon as the management changed everything went down the drain. We contacted maintenance multiple times to get our heat to work in the winter we were threatened to be evicted when we missed our first payment and then they posted to our door saying we hadn’t paid rent even though we walked down to them days before a cashier check to them. Do not go here. I’d give ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I lived here for a month until it burned down. (Due to an electrical fire) Not only did I lose everything I had, the staff acted like I was an inconvenience to them because I had questions.
