We suffered a significant breakdown in our Chevy 3500HD while traveling to Florida and had to be towed, along with our 45' RV, to Walker Chevrolet on a Saturday afternoon. While the situation sucked, we have nothing but positive things to say about everyone we interacted with at Walker. Poor communication. Lack of accountability. I had them fix my power steering back in 2023, they fixed it for a responsible price believe it or not. However, within a year the power steering went back out. I called them and was told it was out of the 1 year warranty. Fast forward to today and I’m trying to sell this car so I called the store to see what exactly they fixed at the time of repair. It was a torque sensor that carried a 2 year warranty.
