they never have anything together.. 3 times today i have come for meds and 3 times it was not done they kept running the wrong insurance.. if this was a first for them it would be understandable but everytime it has been something. i will be switching pharmacies to someone who can do the job.
i places a ex order online 3 days ago. i checked the status the next day and my ex was pending because they didn’t have. i checked the next day and it said they had it but was waiting on my insurance. this the third time i have had to explain to them that this drug is not to be billed to my insurance because it is denied. i have a ex card from the company that allows me to get the meds at a discount. when they finally get all this straightened out once again i thought i could go pick up my rx but NO. i went to the pharmacy t... read more
