Dr sent a prescription to this branch at 12:10 pm. I waited about 2 hours before going to pick it up, partly to give them time to fill it and partly because I have a sick kid at home. When I arrived and told them I was there to pick up my prescription, I was told it wasn't ready. Apparently ALL the pharmacy techs went to lunch at 1:30 but did not check the system for new scips before going to lunch. They also did not check after returning from lunch.
