The pharmacist and staff is racist against white people. Refused to fill a valid prescription because "the doctor was out of the area." I was sent here by the Davison pharmacist because they were out of my medication. I would give this place a zero if I could. They also put in the system that I gave them a fake prescription. I have had the same prescription filled at Walgreens for the last 3 years and have had my prescriptions filled by them for the last 16 years. The store on Davison Road waits and then says we don't except your insurance. May I add that I have very food coverage. This store is always a mess and this is the 1st time I tried to fill a script here as Wal-Mart systems were down. Thank God dor the staff at Wal-Mart as they are helpful and know their customers by name. Never again will I go to Walgreen.
Walked out today, customer service was beyond poor!
One star because no lower rating available. Is there a more inefficient, disorganized or poorly run pharmacy than the one at: 2815 Davison Rd in Flint Michigan? If there is I, for one, would be amazed. I will do my best to ignore, pass-by and avoid wasting my time in any Walgreens store in future. At the corner of 'wait' and 'be dissapointed'.
