I was accused of having a fake script and refused service by Christina and Jen. Then asked to leave. Had to call my Dr to confirm and then got no apology. Very unprofessional staff and what a poor experience. Can’t wait to share this information. It’s 2020 and even being sick while black can be a crime.
They don't provide simple customer service; SPEAK to people when they've spoken to you. see by comments, racism is still alive and well at this store.
The service is thee slowest.. I usually go on Fenton rd.. I'll NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.. THEY ASKED FOR I. D. FOR EVERYTHING.. IT SUCH A SLOW PLACE... THE Pharmacy LADIES TALK TO DAM MUCH . HORSE PLAYING...
The Pharmacy has the worst customer service! Had ten prescriptions from a local doctor for my 90 year old father and only one could be filled. Will take my business elsewhere!
I shop at Walgreen's on a regular basis for my medical and other things in the store
I stopped in to pick up a script. Great service at the pharmacy. I think it depends on who is working when you go
The staff is friendly and will do everything they can to help you get what you need.
