There seems to be a problem with your app. I go in and put to refill. I wait a few days when I call they tell me they never got it. I called my Dr and they sent authorization immediately. I checked later they were out of stock! These are antidepressants and it's now been 4 days that I have been without. I am leaving for the weekend, not sure if they will have it before I leave. Unfortunately Tenet healthcare company decided to go with Walgreens pharmacy (OptumRx)as opposed to CVS For their employees. Being there is only one Walgreens in Manteca is not a good thing and I’m already not happy with the service ( or lack of or waiting time. Prescription promised in 20 mins. Back two hrs later STILL not ready!!!) there. You better hire about five more people because there are a lot of people coming to you unbeknownst to them probably from DHM who have no other choice!
Pharmacy is unorganized and the staff is slow as snails.
We dropped off an RX for my husband after a dental procedure on Saturday at 3:00 pm. We kept looking on the website tracking progress and at 7:00 pm it still said “processing”. I called the pharmacy and I was informed that they close at 6:00 pm on Saturdays. What this told me is that Walgreens pharmacy has a very POOR customer service. That means that they closed the pharmacy and they didn’t even finish processing my husband’s medication! I cannot believe that I have been sitting in the drive-through pharmacy pick-up line for over 20 minutes without having it move. Evidently Walgreen's is allowing the car in front to hold up the line while waiting on a prescription(s) that are not ready. Unbelievable that this customer has not been told to come inside to wait instead of holding up everyone else whose prescriptions are ready to be picked up!
