Waited two hours only to get one of the three medicines I was waiting on then asked the lady behind the counter and she was very rude saying she only seen one in the computer and then tried blaming me saying she looked for me which she did not because I was there the whole time then her response was well I'm by myself and busy and told me I need to wait at least another half hour!
What has happened to this Walgreens? This was always my favorite pharmacy & I recommended it to everyone. Now the drive thru is a joke & walk up is as bad. Wait times are totally unreasonable & people don't get meds when promised. My daughter made 3 trips to pick up 1 med last wk. A friend waited 2 hrs for meds & when she got home they had forgotten to include 1 in her pkg. Really, what has happened? Grossly understaffed? Or closing? Or????
My prescription was called in at 4. It is now 7 and it still isn't filled. I waited in the long line to find this out and have to get back in line again in 15 minutes in the hopes it might be filled. Not going here again.
I live in this Walgreens! Lol Love it and the people that work there too are super friendly! :)
This place is a joke pharmacy don't give a shit last 3 months takes 2 hr just to get Meds slow a fuck
