The drive thru took over 40 MINUTES just to get to the window!
I’m currently in the drive thru pharmacy with a kid in pain. I’ve been here over 45 minutes. There’s one car in front of me and a parked car behind me who left the vehicle to go inside. I can’t get out. My kid is upset. This is ridiculous. The person in front of me refuses to move. I’ve been on hold 10 minutes trying to get them to ask this person nicely to move. Worst pharmacy ever....
I only sent my Perscription there because of their extended hours. The extended hours and then there two Stars. I went two and a half hours after the prescription was called in and they said it wasn't ready yet, to come back in a half hour. Came back in 45 minutes and they said it's not ready yet come back in a couple hours. I was very upset with that and told them that was not acceptable. They did give me my prescription after about another 20 minutes wait.
Will never print my photos here again. Was overlooked multiple times by SEVERAL employees despite having a line of people wanting service. One employee came after we hunted her down and pressed the "help needed" button which was tiny and hidden and that we obviously hadn't seen while showing her clear irritation that we had inconvenienced her so. When we finally got someone to come over and help us she was very rude. Costco will get my business from now on.
I have been a photo customer for YEARS!! Here. Its gone to he'll. There is no longer quality work. Its just get the pictures done fast and no concern for quality. When I did film here the lady ( Denise) would take the time to make sure my photos came out with the correct color. The personal touch is what I loved about Walgreens. Went in last week for passport photos. It took all of 2 minutes for both me and my husband. He never showed us the picture just took it and printed it and here you go. They sucked!!!
