Decided to use the coupons loaded in the app for the first time and let me tell you that was a horrible decision, the coupon did not work properly and the associate David was rude and couldn’t comprehend what the problem was. I’ve NEVER been so upset leaving a Walgreens in my life and I shop here often. He was rude to say the least, the manager did her best to assist but too was unable to figure out the couponing system.
