I went into Walgreens at 31st and Garnett about 45 minutes ago and pushed the button for help on the antacid isle. It called 4 different times and no one came. Went to the pharmacy and I wasn't even acknowledged standing at the window. Walked up front to leave and 2 cashiers along with the woman who has the keys (manager?) that I needed were having a fun conversation and no customers. Spent 33 minutes in the drive thru. Blocked in and couldn't get out of line. Don't waste your time, go inside instead. Average wait time in CVS drive thru across the street is about 2-4 minutes.
These people do not even know the meaning of tact. Nor do they know how to do their jobs. Don't waste your time at this "business" the CVS across the street is a much better alternative.
