Say in the drive thru for 25 mins and what should have been my turn they overlooked me and went to somebody who just pulled up

Normal Walgreens, good medications and candy. Some groceries and beer.
I've now been sitting in the drive thru for over 6 minutes. theres a lady at the counter I'm the only car here. She legit never acknowledged me although she sees me. Never stated " one moment please " nothing just went about her business with her phone out beside her. The complete lack of acknowledgement I know you see me looking at you looking at me. Girls just rude. Get some better help up in there

they are rude. They also left me waiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru. they were taking care of other customers in the Drive-Thru who came after me.they should have paid for my gass with the amount of time they had me waiting
There is always friendly staff there to help me whenever I am in Walgreen's.
This isn't my normal Walgreens, I usually use 21st and Memorial but forgot the pharmacy closed at 5. I was picking up scripts for me and my husband that the Dr. had sent to the 21st street store. The Dr. knew that I hadn't been able to get to the 21st street and called the 31st street. The pharmacy tech was too busy flirting with the pharmacist to be able to take care of the customers.(I have video) It was a horrible ordeal, too much to go into. Bottom line...I will only use this pharmacy location if I absolutely have to.
I really like this Walgreens.. Especially the staff in the Photo Department. I'd give a 5, but they need a few more people for checking customers out. The wait can be a little long. But besides that everyone has always been nice.
