It’s a lady in that store in Roebuck name Kim chase she is the worse manager i I have ever encountered. She is rude and talks to you like ur a child and she has no respect for the customers as we shop in there store I’m boycotting that store I’ll take my money to the Walgreens in trussville where they respect you at. Please share this so corporate can see this cause telling her boss is like talking to a wall.

For the absolute life of me I can't understand how it always takes you all 30 min to an hour to fill a prescription even after you call and say it's ready. The pharmacist is slow and unconcerned. The drive thru lines is always long and slow. This has to be the worse Walgreens that I have been to. Yall are the worst pharmacy I have ever been to you wait over 40 min everytime you go threw the drive thru no matter new what time of day it is whether it is morning, evening, or night. You also wait that long going inside. The gm Travis there is horrible also doesn't care about the fact that is store makes you wait that long for JUST picking up or JUST dropping off a prescription.
