The slowest pharmacy in town. I can walk through my local grocery store, go shop for food, and pick up my prescriptions in the same time it takes me to sit behind one car in the drive through to pick one up. And apparently they make up rules as they go, one day, the tube is for drop off only, and apparently now somebody can just pull on up and pick up when there is a line at the appropriate window for pick up? RecommendedIf you've ever been to the Hwy 58 Walgreens, then you've met Randall. He embodies the meaning of customer service! He makes waiting in the checkout line an enjoyable experience. I could go on, but go meet him for yourself. @Walgreens, if you have an customer service award, Randall at the Hwy58 in Chattanooga deserves it 100x over!
Have had the opportunity to meet the staff at the Walgreens Hwy 58, Chattanooga TN and they have been great. I look forward to coming in, they are friendly, helpful and always smiling. Great job everyone keep up the good work.
