Never has my script ready on time no matter how far in advance I fill. More expensive than most pharmacies in the area. This location's staff has the WORST customer service, they make you feel like an idiot. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Would give a zero star if I could.
I can’t thank you enough for your pharmacy being open 24 hours. My son needed to have a prescription called in and I thought we would have to wait until Friday due to it being so late and the night before Thanksgiving. Thanks again!!
Omg!!!!!!! There still are great people in the world,the lady at Walgreens paid for Sofia's medicine!!!!! Can y'all believe it,she was an amazing person,I'm still almost crying about it,but anyway she told me if I ever see someone in need,to pay it forward,and you all know what I WILL if I have it,God knows we're struggling a little bit,and he blessed us,Thank you lord you are amazing!!!!!! Absolutely rude. I spoke to Amy and she said they were too busy at the store to discuss my prescription on the phone. Someone calling and someone in the store if you begin speaking with someone on the phone you should finish your business with them. I felt as if I wasn't important enough. Poor customer service.
The only thing I like about this pharmacy is that it is open 24 hours. However every time we go there we wait for 10, sometimes 30 min JUST to pick up medications that are ready. We have on multiple times been told that they had our medication to fill, only to be called hours later and told they do not. The team lacks customer service skills. I have sat on hold with the pharmacy for 10 minutes only to be hung up on. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Terrible service.
