why put up signs for mandatory face covering if you are not enforcing? half the customers shopping were not 😖

Consistent with CDC guidelines, we recommend customers wear face covers before entering the store except where doing so would inhibit the individual’s health or where the individual is under two years of age. Out of concern for employees’ safety, advises against confronting customers about the policy or trying to keep them from entering stores.
I went there an hour before closing to fill a prescription for tamaflu and was told they could not fill it until tomorrow and they had the prescription on hand ... really what horrible service
This is the slowest Walgreens prescription drive thru!!!! Every time, not just every once in a while, but all the time.
I have spent all day trying to get two prescriptions filled. My physician says they have called numerous times and left the prescriptions and when I get to Walgreens, they swear they never received a call so I call the physician again. This has happened twice so I called the Physician back and was told they talked to the pharmacist and was told that they are having computer difficulties. Seriously, if that was an issue then why didn't they say so and offer to call the physician back to get the prescriptions. Pitiful
6350 Davis Boulevard North Richland Hills, TX This Walgreens is beyond notorious for NEVER EVER having their prescriptions ready when they say they will. In the 6 years I've been going here (closest to my house), I've learned to leave even more time then they say they need and yet I'm STILL waiting an hour and a half after they said it would be ready. Gets very VERY frustrating.
worst customer service ever. it is obvious when the peak times are however this pharmacy is poorly staffed and the wait times are ridiculous. I called for a prescription to be filled for an emergency and waited over 15 minutes twice, ten I spoke to the manager and was placed on hold again for several minutes before I hung and gave up. this is the worst customer service I have seen in quite a while. I don't understand, if you don't have enough staff then hire more
This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacy manager does not care about his customers. I will never give Walgreens my business again!
