Wales is the most compassionate vet clinic I have ever came across. About a month in ago, I needed my dog seen as an emergent appointment on a Saturday and they made sure to stay after hours with no complaints to get us in. The vet (Dr. Songer) and vet tech (Paige) went above and beyond for my dog and I. My 14 yr old Bichon was suffering from infected tooth, he was stressed and shaking. Called Wales veterinary got him in right away. They are so sweet to my dogs, he ended up having skin allergies and received a shot, had two teeth removed, and a week later he playing with his toys, tail up waging.
