I have been a patient of Dr. Waldman for over 7 years. After some terrible experiences in other places, I switched the whole family to Dr. Waldman. Dr. Wladman is awesome. We are mostly satisfied with Dr. Wladman's office staff. Using my husband's words, "we have finally switched from the bandits to a decent human being."
Office staff very nice. I was a regular patient of Dr. Waldman's for over 5 years. One of the previous reviewers is correct, he did recommend one expensive procedure after another (dental implants vs. a partial). he DOES rush in, look at x-ray, spits out a few words & rushes out. Must have some expensive toys to pay for. Quantity, not quality here. I went to him to replace a cap that was put on when I was 16 & lasted until I was 50 (I know, wow.). They schedule appts for gum problems every 3 months - 6 months in advance. If I am unable to make an appt and call to reschedule in advance due to work conflicts, they never return calls and then chastize you because YOU missed your last appt. I have had to drive to their office to make appt. Been missing 3 fillings for over 2 years and they just refer you to someone else who sends the recommendation back to Dr Waldman who does nothing.
Horrible, horrible, horrible service. Takes forever to schedule an appointment.
Dr Waldman is awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle. He's never hurt me and that means more than punctuality in the long run. LOVE their office.
Great dentist would not want another. Compassionate, professional,and competent. Don't have enough superlatives to describe his work and personality.....
Well, needless to say, I wonder if they're still open. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! IF YOU DONT PICK UP CALLS HOW ARE YOU GETTING BUSINESS!This is a poor excuse for a business, FIRE YOUR SECRATARY! however, doctor waldmen is good.
They take months to schedule an appoinment. I've never waited less than 20-30 minutes once checked in. They schedule multiple appointments when treatment could be done in one visit, which gives the appearance they just want to make money off of office visit charges. The front desk staff is tolerable but certainly not friendly. The straw that broke the camels back though is that they dont answer their phones. Dr. Waldman is great; however, it is difficult to get through to his office. No one ever seems to answer the phones and, even when you leave a message, its some time before anyone calls you back...if, in fact, they do call you back.
