I purchased an item from a kiosk at the mall and needed to follow up with them. It was from a Buffalo store but was not in the mall directory. I contacted galleria “ customer service” which I received no service. The gentlemen James - informed me he was too busy to look what the name of the store was and told me I would have to just drive there. Really!!! Come on ....bad - bad - bad service !
Be Warned!! I recently parked in one of their garages and someone caused $2,000 worth of damage to my vehicle while I was shopping inside. When I reported it to security they could care less and stated that their cameras are “blurry”. They were unable to identify the liscense plate or make of the vehicle that hit me despite there being cameras directly behind me. This is very alarming and unsettling that the Galleria Mall does not have sufficient safety measures in place to protect their customers and their property.
