security needs to do their job. I set a bag down in the food court and it got stolen. talked to security and I was told to be more careful. how about look at your cameras and find the punk. unreal
The level of unprofessionalism of Regal Cinemas staff and the Walden Galleria security is unbelievable. When attending a movie last night (May16th) I was assaulted by another movie goer in the theater restroom. They called me a homophobic slur and spit in my face as I waited to use the restroom. I went to report the incident to the manager on duty, but was given the run around. She told me to come back in the morning to talk to someone else and was of zero help. I went to Macy’s today and I’ve honestly never had a worse experience in a store than I did today. I spent about 10 minutes looking for a sales associate because I could not find what I was looking for and there was NO ONE around. It took for ever for the lady to get to me and then when she did she could not stay off of her phone long enough to even help me 😡 The bathrooms are so disgusting and the store is a complete mess. RecommendedThe mall was nice and the people were great. Just avoid the bathroom by the food court if you can. Horrible conditions and not very wheel chair friendly
Nothing but trouble in this Mall. The security is a joke, not enough police presence. I won't even bring my children shopping in there. Again this past weekend there was a stabbing in the parking lot. Nothing but trash, they don't enforce the under 18 policy because they're to scared to start altercations with the teenagers.

Great atmosphere, friendly people. I go there for my daily walks when the weather is bad. Gets a bad rap from a few isolated incidents.
The young kids that are fighting at the mall is horrible ! Parents should be ashamed of them selves ! You go there with your family and try and have a nice time and the young punks get in fight and damage people’s property ! I will go else where or shop online !
So many stores not available in my state of Arizona, like it here, but need people mo ers for us old folks who cannot walk the length!
