Last night was awful and how the mall handled it was horrific
where is your statement to employees, customers???? stores didnt even know mall was closing. security/mall management handled this so wrong. could have let out a phone call to let us know we were in lock down??? if we dont see serious changes in mall security we will do something about it! this mall has been out of control and security doesnt do a thing about it. a coworker got punched by a shoplifter and mall security told her it wasnt there problem??? OKAY. get it together seriously!
