you guys need to legitimately Just change the age group allowed in the Mall. 21 and over and must be accompanied by a parent if under the age of 18 at all times no matter the time or day of the wk! This bs that's been going on in the galleria mall is going to force it to close. AND I'll also recommend you get New security cause the ones there now aren't doing their jobs not EVEN an attempt to do their jobs... also identify all involved even those recording and ban them from ever entering the Mall and they should be black lis... read more
You have to change the policy to a curfew every day if you want people to come to your mall and spend money. People will not bring their families there if it isn’t safe and if they don’t feel like you are doing everything in your power to secure the mall. Don’t wait for something horrible to happen before you actually take action.

This place is a total dump and nothing but a thug haven for punks and troublemakers. And the mall does not thing about it.. 100s of kids fighting and walking around with weapons. Mall security isn’t enough

The website says Santa is here at 11AM on Sunday... we dress up our 2 month old and take him out only to learn Santa isn’t here until noon. 😡
