I do not recommend these apartments at all. Terrible neighbors who smoke in their apartments constantly. Selfish selfish neighbors.
Don't trap people into a contract that they don't have to sign. Forcing someone to sign a lease agreement or they will get evicted because you change how you take payment is just dirty.
