The care was good, the billing department is incompetent at best. I was told multiple times by the rude lady on the phone that they would only take the full amount due on day of surgery. When I asked if they had a care credit provider they worked with I was told there was no such thing available. Imagine my surprise when I show up on the day of surgery, and the lady who was checking me in and taking payment had brochures for a care credit Wakemed uses! Cary Surgery Center is a wonderful facility for outpatient procedures. Dr. Eric Duberman removed my gallbladder. All staff was phenomenal especially Tony (he was a great nurse).
