1 year for appointments to fix a problem with using a CPAP for the first time. They have no problem getting you to buy a machine. Oh, you want it to work? That'll be a year.
Wakemed said I have severe sleep apnea. They prescribed a machine. I go get the machine and the won't let you test it until you are home. Mask doesn't fit and it is suffocating me. This group says come back and we'll help IN 12 MONTHS! Now keep in mind I have to use it 4 hours a night otherwise my insurance screws me and I have to give it back. Is this Russia? I chose to do the sleep study at home. They provided all of the equipment I needed and showed me how to set everything up. Everything went well. I was very pleased to meet Dr. Cameron Barbar for my sleep apnea test. Very attentive to all my many questions, relaxed, and not rushed. I felt very comfortable with everything.
