I am extremely grateful for Dr. Robert Nunoo I came to the ER in WakeMed with pain in my abdomen. Tests showed that I had a gallbladder blocked with stones. Dr. Nunoo was the Dr. on call. I was scheduled for surgery. Dr. Nunoo was extremely professional, answered all my questions and concerns. He was very personable and made me feel totally comfortable. Had my first appointment October 7th and they said they’d be starting the prior authorization and would send me the next appointments on my chart. It’s been over two weeks and not a peep no appointments my insurance company has never received anything from wake med baristas nor the surgeon staff nothing. If I could give them -0 stars I would. Horrible horrible horrible.
The spd staff is friendly helpful great people, the new general manager is a pos if you don't look like him the GM don't want you working there
My experience with Wake Med was super!!! I had weight loss surgery and the team at Wake Med couldn’t have been any better! They are committed to your success and follow you through your life!!! Dr. Brandon Roy was a phenomenal surgeon. He is humble , kind and caring! Thank you Wake Med for a great experience
