This practice is unbelievably hypocritical. I am Beyond upset and disappointed with their service. I made a televisit appointment per their suggestion at 2:40 and mentioned my child will be with me at a specific time (3:00). The rep assisting me through the app never said it was a problem with this as this was a follow up visit from just a few weeks before hand. My child would have been with me a few minutes after we started talking but instead they chose to reschedule and argue with me on the phone. Shame on the Doctor Paig... read more
Maribel at the front desk has been unkind and very rude to my wife and I several times now in our last few visits. I am also an employee of Wake Med. No matter the circumstance there is always a way you should speak with patients. This is unfortunate and not the WakeWay of customer service and tact we had hoped to experience. We will unfortunately be transferring.

I can’t say enough how much we have appreciated Dr. Lori and Dr. Darius being part of our parenthood journey. They take the time to answer any and all questions and have so much empathy for parents. The nurse hot line wake med provides has also been a life saver. We love our providers.
