PLEASE.....DO NOT USE THIS "MEDICAL FACILITY". On June 4, 2025 my wife was there for a SURGICAL heart procedure (pacemaker insertion). She was discharged on June 5...for pain management the discharge papers recommended TWO 325 Mg Tylenol every 6 hours....I asked the discharging RN....just Tylenol-REALLY? I followed ALL the discharge instructions. Later on that evening she was in significant pain. I had a neck surgery at WakeMed and had to stay 2 nights. Everyone that came to my room had a positive attitude and were helpful and professional. I've never been in the hospital and I did not expect it to be pleasant., it was wonderful. Even the transporters to take me to x ray went out of their way to guarantee my comfort. The food was good, hot and fresh. I'm vegetarian and was surprised with an awesome variety of meals. It meant so much to have such a good experience when I was feeling so vulnera... read more

June 1st I was walking into a convenience store to get gas and a coffee in Selma NC . Unbeknownst to me a homeless man was inside and he had left his dog leashed to his duffel bag on the sidewalk next to the door . As I walked by , the dog ran over and bit me in the leg . I immediately went to the bathroom and used soap and water , got my gas / coffee and went to my job ( a mile away ).
