Clean and quiet
I would like to commend the team at Wakefield Glen for their professionalism and excellent customer service. Alexis has been exceptionally patient, taking the time to explain every detail thoroughly and ensuring that I feel informed and confident throughout the process. Her professionalism and attentiveness have made this transition much smoother. I am looking forward to my move this week and appreciate the positive experience thus far.
Great complex....floor plans are wonderful, NOT just boxes like all the new apartments going up. Staff is very attentive! Apartments are updated and kept up. In a great area.
All in all this is a good community. Quiet minus all the kids running around. Walls are thin as expected for an apartment. This is labeled as a luxury community but I’d say the term “luxury” is subjective. I’d say the only luxury is valet pick up Sunday through Thursday. Maintenance team is responsive with most situations being fixed same day or within 48 hours. Be mindful that this is an old community so it reflects in the units!
