The other reviews are clearly NOT for this company, Wakefield Associates, Inc. a Commercial Real Estate Developer. I've done business with Wakefield as a Commercial Developer for over 25 years and have had nothing but great service and support from them. I highly recommend Rick and his staff for any commercial real estate development project.
They aren't very helpful No I do mean you guys. I've tried calling multiple times. Thanks for trying to say I was wrong though. Oh and very original posting the same thing on every bad review.
