RecommendedIf you are looking for a great PA, Jessica Hedrick is amazing. She is very down to earth. I have never felt rushed or like I was just another “patient “. Her nurse is wonderful too! I never have a hard time scheduling an appointment. They have often seen me the next day.
Dr. Levin saw me when my regular doctor was not available. He was excellent.
Highly recommend-everyone in this office are so friendly and they are treating you like a family not just a patient-as always dr Heestand is an awesome doctor-love her!
Always Professional and prompt!
I requested medical records 1-25. Called every day last week and left a voicemail. Zero returned phone calls and no medical records as of this post.
They are always able to work me into schedule for emergency/sick appointments. The whole staff is kind and genuinely care about their patients’ well being. My doctor takes time to explain any meds prescribed and instructions verbally and as well as on a printed clinical visit summary. The summary details of everything discussed during your visit, all meds currently taking, new prescriptions, vital signs, vaccination history, etc.
it is very close to my house, they have great service, all personnel is very helpful and they provide clear and precise information.
Dr Flescher and the staff at Wake Med are helpful, conscientious and have great bedside manners. I have never felt like I was lost inside a vast healthcare system. They go the extra mile to ensure that examinations, diagnoses, administration, and labs are performed in a comprehensive and professional manner and value the patient’s time as well. Five stars!
As a new patient the process was extremely painless. I called and the appointment setter was extremely knowledgeable of the physician staff and was able to set me up with an appt for the following week. On my appt the entire staff was professional and friendly. The office was quiet and clean.
