My husband and I have both been so very grateful for the care we have received through wake internal medicine. We are also grateful for how they have worked with us financially as we have had struggles. The care we receive is very personable and you guys always try to get us in there as soon as possible if we have an emergency/immediate need.
I would like to acknowledge their appointment reminder system, it's awesome. You can confirm your appointments via text. The check in staff is so welcoming. And my visits with Lori Bridges, PA is always awesome. I wouldn't prefer it any other way. She's awesome and very knowledgeable of medicine. I brag to others that she's my "diabetic guru"... She's definitely considered as a master of Diabetes in my eyes. I would definitely recommend her even if you're classified as having pre-diabetes, she can help guide you along!
Usually see Dr Carlson whom we really like. He was off so we saw Dr Rico. We really liked Dr Rico too. He was genuinely concerned and trying to help us.
