The staff is very friendly. You can call with any problem and they will definitely call you back. No question you have is never stupid. They explain everything to you. They care!!
Convenient location. I have never had any problem with communication issues. Except one time several years ago. That was more of a billing and payment received thing though. My Dr., Dr Jessica Heestand, is so very sweet and polite. I would highly recommend!
I love my medical provider and her assistant. She took time to listen to my concerns and address them. I felt confidence in her advice. There was no wait time to see her. Angie and Jonathan at the front desks are great and personable. Always great experience there.
DR Monterio and Nurse Roseanne are very dedicated and caring people. Wish all nurses and doctors were as compassionate as they are.
In over 40 years with Wake Internal Medicine, I have found all their doctors and staff to be competent and caring. Recently I was unable to schedule a last minute appointment with my usual doctor at Wake Internal, so his nurse Tammy urged me to go to their Rx Urgent Care facility. It was extremely busy, and after I registered, their receptionist worked to find me an earlier opening with a different doctor at Wake Internal. Excellent, knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the doctors who continually update their knowledge to ensure you aren’t getting outdated advice. Always a welcoming atmosphere, you never feel like your questions are dumb or excessive. I’ve also never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room and exam to be seen. Cannot recommend highly enough for the whole family—pediatrics especially. We see Dr. McDaniels and Jackie, but have seen other doctors and never had a bad experience.
