Very satisfied with the care I have received. Everyone at the time of my procedures were over the top nice and friendly. I really felt comfortable talking with Dr.Kaplan. A very nice man. He is very thorough and doesn't rush and make you feel like you are just another patient for the day. Would definitely recommend Dr.Kaplan and his team.

After going to Wake Gastro for years, I’m walking away. Without expounding on all the detail, I’ll sum it up....I had a procedure in which the aftercare & followup was nonexistent. When trying to reach the office given I had complications, I had to choose the extension for another provider or facility calling, there was no way to reach anyone on the medical staff as a patient . This was 1st time I've been to their office since covid 19 has changed the way we do things. Their office has equipped it self with social distances as well as masks and clear plastic panels between workers/clients. My doctor takes the time to answer all my questions and then suggests ways to move forward with my health in mind.
