Dr. Kaplan asked many questions about my history and current issues. He was very engaged and determined to get to the root of my problem. Support staff was wonderful - his nurse Donna thorough and compassionate. And they were on time! Looking forward to a continued relationship with Wake Gastroenterology.
Dr.Kaplan’s nurse is an exemplary clinician. She was careful to insure questions and concerns were addressed. Kandra did an excellent job of scheduling the procedure and was very patient as it took considerable time to identify a workable date. Check in process was also handled smoothly and professionally.
Scheduling and my appointment were handled promptly and professionally. My doctor and the staff handling my procedure were friendly and made me comfortable.
I have had two visits for somewhat urgent GI situations. I was able to been seen fairly quickly. Staff was nice. I was given medication samples at first visit which was helpful and saved me $; plus that medication worked so I never needed it as a prescription. This second visit (more than a year later) was a post hospital follow up. Both visits were with Dr. Hira. She listens, is thorough, and is kind. I was scheduled yesterday for a colonoscopy. The staff prior to the appointment were very professional and courteous. The staff before and after the procedure were all very courteous and helpful. I can’ say enough about how well I was treated!! I would rate them a 10 out of 10. I would recommend Dr. Hershelman to everyone.
Dr. Hira is an awesome Dr! Takes the time to get to know what’s really going on. She is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend her!
After waiting 45 minutes Dr Hira had not reviewed my paper work I had sent in over a month . My health info is extremely important but she had no idea about my Medicines My medical Doctor Daniel Richard referred me and I’m extremely confident he chose Dr Hira for me.
