1st visit limited to 30 min and a long complicated - but related issues which the provider needed to know - to understand some symptoms - though other specialty areas I was NOT asking this specialist to address. Continued to state “not my specialty” which was understood- I was simply providing macro info... BUT when I reviewed the paperwork she had included a diagnostic code for Bipolar Type I - a mental illness - not supported in DSM-4 or 5 - in violation of HIPPA And ADA Elder Justice and CMS Rules for Providers -and Patie... read more

everything. the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Herchelman always send me the right medication , explained me everything in the visits and it's very knowledgeable besides of patient. I know he really research different probabilities to my problem. thank you

I see Dr. Hira and she is so patient and takes her time with you. She answers all my questions in a way I can understand. While Dr. Hira is wonderful I do feel the ladies at checkout could be a little friendlier and at least smile.
