Dr Herschelman is very thorough. He listens, explains things in language I can understand, and makes sure we on the same page with the plan of care. Both he and his staff are friendly and caring. There is not a long wait to get an appointment, and there is seldom a wait time upon arrival at the office.

Put simply, Wake Gastro has managed to make the very best of a procedure that typically tops the "most dreaded" list! From the very first phone call, I was greeted with kindness by well-prepared professionals who were thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating to my particular needs as a sight impaired patient.
