I can't even mention all the problems I have had with the sales person, the manager, and service department. Broken and missing equipment on my car. Advertised car as certified pre owned and then decline to sell as certified pre owned. 4trips to get another set of keys owners manual and a second remote. 3 trips to get broken paets fixed and charged me. Rude and manager was yelling at me. And so on and so on. I would think twice before buying a car here!!!
My salesperson Chontel (I hope I spelled it right) was great and was working with what they gave her. Not happy that I drove over and hour, got three text messages from Chontel to make sure I was on my way and also a call from a sales manager also asking if I was on my way. Next time don't waste MY time if you can't make the sale.
