Made an appointment for an oil change, inspection & sticker 2 weeks ago for the only online time today. They just canceled day of due to broken compressor at service dept. My husband took day off from work so I don't have to wait due to Covid-19 . They can't reschedule until 9/15/20, they don't answer their phone, with no option for voicemail. RecommendedWagner Kia service department replaced the engine of my 2013 Optima in less than a week after I dropped the car on their doorstep and shouted “Help!”. Their stellar customer minded philosophy is an extension of the character and integrity of the entire Kia corporation - who extended the warranty on all vehicles with the 2.4L gdi engines which have been experiencing catastrophic failure with increasing regularity. Bravo! You shine in an increasing dim world.
Avoid at all costs. I brought my Kia in for an inspection sticker and had Mike Rodenbaugh as a service advisor. He informed me that my 2014 Sorrento failed inspection with a red rejection sticker. The main issue was the car needed a new catalytic converter (over 2K to fix). He also stated my front tires were bald. Edwin, the manager was upfront with us about cost etc. and trade-in value for my car. We came back the next day and Sat with Eric who did a fantastic job.
