Service department was rude when I came in for an engine light. Assumed I expected free service, as I was under the mileage covered under warranty and told me I had "better have all of the proof of routine maintenance or nothing would be covered." I just wanted to see what needed done. Turned out I did not need service and I didn't have to deal with the arrogant guy at the counter. Too bad I didn't get to make him go through all of my maintenance documents, though, since he obviously doesn't like to honor warranties.
Was so cold in waiting room was there almost 3 hours thought I would never warm up. You need more heat in waiting rooms Car service was great

In 2014, I bought a new Kia Rio with the help from Steve. He was a fantastic salesperson, not trying to force me into a higher sale than I could afford and helping me find the car that was best for me! I really appreciated the knowledgeable staff in all departments. Since then, I have gone back a couple of times for maintenance and the service center staff is so helpful and friendly.
