But keeping a potential or current customer informed of changes, or even simply saying, "Look, I apologize. I am just not going to be able to fit you in, this week, this month, this season, or ever", would be far more aporeciated. Tardiness without any communication is bad enough. No show with no communication is not at all professional.

WADE LANDSCAPING HAS DONE A LOT OF DAMAGE TO OUR PROPERTY AND MONTHS LATER CHRIS WADE HAS NOT RETURNED TO COMPLETE THE REPAIRS. WE HAVE FILED A LAWSUIT.
