We purchased our unit from them and when we had a problem it was hard to get an appointment for a service call.

Robin, we apologize fo the wait we were closed for 6 weeks due to the virus nd we are in the middle of a big heatwave we do our absolute best to get to all of our customers however currently we are receiving 2 times the amount of calls as usual we’re you able to schedule your appointment with us?
