Employee came with mask intact and went right to work on the hvac unit. It was having problems when lighting the gas. It did this once before two years ago. I could hear it snapping and the fan powering up then powering down. I had to buy a new part last time that cost over $250. This guy thought to check everything and found that I had a clogged drain hose and furnace had 3 quarts of water inside. He cleared all lines and furnace worked great. Yes, I would recommend WADE again.
