About a week and a half ago, my furnace suddenly shut off, it was late at night. Wade responded and had a tech out within a reasonable time. He spent a decent amount of time trying to diagnose the issue which he deemed was the filter being clogged. He however had to come back in the morning because they did not have the correct filter. After replacing the filter he stated we needed oil and left the furnace in a unworking state. We had woodland oil come and add oil which caused our tank to overflow, which looks like we didn’t... read more
Had a whole new HVAC system from Wade’s installed in our home when we moved into our house over a year ago. System works great and the technicians were friendly and timely to get everything installed. Thanks!

Few days ago my furnace and air conditioner stopped working. I suspected it was the blower motor failure. Called Wade H&C. They came in and found that thermistor on the variable motor is blown and suggested a solution - $900 for a new control module. I declined, bought $8 thermistor on the Amazon and replaced blown one and put all of it back together. How is this not a scam by HVAC company? This is simply disgusting...

The part was defective and our price from the manufacturer was approx. $700 plus labor taxes and travel. In order to prevent fires, damage to other components and damage to the entire system, we do not repair nor does the manufacturer permit us as a dealer to repair parts. It is dangerous and not a good decision. Wade Heating and Cooling Inc. and Carrier condemns this type of repair.
Ryan and Dillon did an amazing job installing a 4 zone mini split system. My house is finally comfortable!
