RecommendedI had Wade Heating and Cooling replace my furnace and add central A/C and from estimater Lonnie to the installers Brian/Bryan/Rex and can't remember the 4th guy they did a outstanding job and was installed on Aug 9th , I did find 1 duct they forgot to cover and emailed it and within a hr had 2 responses as I was out on vacation when I returned emailed them and had someone out that day to cover the opening that got over looked so I'm very satisfied with how Wade takes care of their customers and if they forget to do something... read more
Our thermostat panel died during the night. We left a message with the office early this am and by 12:00pm we were back up and running. Dillion was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I signed up for the “Priority Service Plan” and on top of the repair he completed a full service and check up on our AC unit. Very good service!!
Lonnie was very accommodating as far as setting up a time for the estimate. Very knowledgeable about boilers as well as financing. Great guy!
They came the same day I called them and they took their time finding the problem instead of charging me for something I don’t need done
We were very impressed with the installation technicians who were professional. knowledgeable and experienced. They completed the work ahead of schedule and took the time to demonstrate the product. obviously we were impressed by the sales person who provided information regarding warranties and comparison with competitors and similar products.

We are very pleased with the service we received for this call and with all the other times we have had service from Wade. This call was especially urgent since our system went down during the hottest days this Summer. The office staff responded first thing in the morning to the call I placed to the answering service, and a service call was scheduled that day. Wade Heating and Cooling offers prompt and professional service every time. My air conditioner shut down the hottest weekend of this year to date. Once a service call was placed, they not only made it to my house the SAME DAY, but arrived an hour after the call was placed. The technician, Paris, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had the unit up and running again within an hour.
