Mike S and an associate came today to repair my air conditioner that was too cool and other times, too hot with heat. Seemed to understand the problem from the start and got on it. Very knowledgable, detailed and thorough. Really glad I tried them...will use them from now on.
Sam has been to my home several times and has always been very methodical and told me every step he was taking. He never left a mess and went back and double checked that every thing was secure. I wish more service people had this attitude.

We've been customers of Wade Hatchell Heating and Cooling for over 21 years. We appreciate their knowledge and courteous service. After 21 and a half years our downstairs unit needed to be replaced and Wade was great about talking us thru the different models, and patient while we made up our minds. Today Jack C. And Jacob D. Installed our new unit. They both were very nice and professional and looked out for our kittens. They cleaned up the mess and Jack was thorough in explaining everything to me. Great job guys!
