Wade installed the HVAC in this house when it was built 17 years ago. He installed a new heat pump last summer as the original died. Sam J. is wonderful. He knows his job and likes his job. I am thankful to see him when he shows up.
Michael came to do the bi-yearly maintenance on our heat pump system. He was very friendly and courteous but most of all he was very knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked and cleaned both the inside and outside units and then clearly described all of the diagnostic results to let us know the “health” of the complete system. Thank you very much and we will see you again in six months for the next maintenance call.
